We’re excited to kick off this week with the 1st edition of our new season, S1! With the unveiling of our new season, we will be reimagining the visual identity of Adim Ink. This season will reflect one of our favorite shows, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Without further adieu, let’s dive in!
Last week, we kicked Round 2 of Creator Rooms which included 11 new rooms led by a mixture of the Adim Creative Team & nominated community members who participated in CR1. These rooms are made up of hundreds of Adim Members embarking on the next phase of creative collaboration within the Adimverse. Rooms range in size, genre, structure, and vibe, allowing members to opt-in to rooms they’re most interested in with a myriad of options.
You can follow along with progress on Round 2 of rooms as well as development from CR1 in our Discord Server!
Into The Adimverse
Everyone has a favorite character, but until now only a few people have been a part of making that character. Even fewer actually own it. Adim believes anyone who loves stories should be able to get in on the action.
Adim is a place to make stuff. Write stuff. To link up with collaborators and bring our ideas to life together. To create worlds for new characters to live in, and to keep an ownership stake in their evolution. We want you to be a part of the Adimverse.
To learn more about Adim and how to get involved, check out our Into The Adimverse blog post here!

The Adim Team is Growing
This week we’re welcoming a key addition to the team, Emily Helwig!
Emily is joining Adim with a focus on Product Operations. She’ll be helping to build out Adim’s web products and ensure the community has the tools they need to focus on what they do best — collaborating + creating.
Emily has previously worked in the entertainment tech space at Whip Media, and prior to that in e-commerce at Demand.io. Before journeying into the tech world, she worked in unscripted TV in both casting and post-production. Emily is originally from Buffalo, NY, and enjoys solving puzzles, all things comedy, and playing the drums.
Welcome Emily!

Community Member Spotlight
This week our Creator Strategist Kyle Mazer sat down with one of our Adim Members, Aubrey Kamensek, to highlight her story as an integral part of our community.
Aubrey Kamensek is a writer. Always has been, always will be. She’s got hundreds of open notes in her phone, full stories written into the margins of her high school Algebra notebooks, she’s even gotten a few completed novels sitting somewhere in a desk drawer. There’s never been a lack of creative energy in Aubrey’s life, but rather a lack of opportunity to write for anything larger than her own self-fulfillment. That is—until now.
“I’m not a superstitious person,” she says. “But I feel like the stars just aligned.” Living with her husband in Kansas City, Aubrey felt her creative dreams slipping away from her. She had grown up in a house of therapists, who always encouraged her to be thinking about the mind and how humans function. She then went to college to study creative writing, taking those thoughts and churning them into narratives, before having to drop out one semester early. Working a corporate finance job, even though she claims she can’t do math, Aubrey, who claims herself a “lightning strike writer,” needed somewhere for her lightning to, well, strike. Enter Adim.
It was actually Aubrey’s husband who first introduced to her the idea, promulgating the future of collaborative storytelling led by some Rob Mac-and-whatever, and she was admittedly skeptical. But almost instantly, she could see something special about this place: “the people have just been so accepting of everyone and their creative differences.” Aubrey capitalized on that acceptance, working to be completely honest with her own creative identity, selecting “all people” as her favorite character for her application, tying her work now back to her psychological childhood roots. From there, not even she can wrap her brain around how things escalated. And when voting on prompt one closed, with her character Bennett Sawyer leading the pack, Aubrey couldn’t believe it. “There’s something so magical about this,” she says, shaking her head in perpetual astonishment. “I’m sitting at an office right now, at my desk job, and something I created with total strangers can be on the TV.” If Aubrey doesn’t sum up anything and everything that is the mission statement of Adim, I couldn’t tell you what does.
