We’re excited to kick off this week with the 2nd edition of Season 1! Adim Ink releases every other Monday morning and is the premiere place to and catch up on all things Adimverse.
Let’s dive in!
Last week, we released some awesome new features for Adim Members that our product + engineering team have been working on! This release is focused on profile enhancements & creator room management for members.
New Features
Enhanced profile page — Show yourself off
The Adim community is a critical part of the Adimverse. As we build, we want to learn more about our fellow creators and community members. Your enhanced profile will allow you to share more about yourself with the community, including bio, Discord handle, Room history, and active passes. Additionally, other Members will be able to see a showcase of all of your previous work within the Adimverse — including your initial application and responses to prompts.
Find the right Room with search
Members interested in applying to open Creator Rooms can now search through all open Rooms from the Members hub, sort Rooms by created date, and filter for Rooms that match specific criteria like genre, Room type, and Room Leads. This makes it easier than ever for Members to find a Room that matches their specific creative and collaborative interests.
Create and manage your own Creator Room
Room Leads can now manage their Creator Rooms - in addition to basics like Room name and description, any Lead creating a Room can also set the Room’s start date, duration, number of Members, type/genre of Room, and the Room’s vibe. Room Leads can edit a Room’s details at any time. Room Leads of an active Creator Room will now be able to manage Room Members directly from the Room’s admin page. This includes reviewing applicants, accepting members to a new Room, and managing Room Members once a Room has started.
We hope you enjoy all of these new features and make sure to go update your profile!
Off-Script: Adim Creative Update (Members Only)

Community Member Spotlight
This week our Creator Strategist Kyle Mazer sat down with one of our Adim Members, Pedro Chalkho, to highlight his story as a composer and his experience thus far as an integral member of our community.
Listen closely. Do you hear that? Well, there’s a good chance it was composed by the one and only Pedro Chalkho. Cooped up in his Buenos Aires production studio, with more guitars and keyboards than he knows what to do with, Pedro is never not creating – it’s in his blood. Born into a family of musical players and professionals, Pedro’s claims his career first began when he learned to navigate his parents’ cassette player, listening to everything from Argentinian Folklore music, to Western classical standards, to Guns and Roses’ “Appetite for Destruction.” In Pedro’s family, music wasn’t something you messed around with: “if you thought that you loved it, you had to live it, otherwise you weren’t a musician.” As his dedication and talents continued connecting him with other musicians his age, Pedro learned he could do more than just listen or play along with his favorite tracks—he could write his own as well. From there, Pedro never looked back.
“When you go from nothing to a finished thing,” Pedro says, reminiscing on his favorite creative works, “that is magic.” If this is the case, Pedro is a certified magician. In his own professional career, the composer has unearthed every musical trick in the book—he’s dabbled in production, in session recordings, on-stage performance, music theory teaching, jingle writing, film scoring and so much more – if it has a melody and beat, Pedro has probably worked with it. These days, he’s thrilled to say he works almost exclusively in composition for ads and films made all across the world, but he never forgets all the other elements in his creative arsenal, and is always looking to add another musical trick to his magic top hat – “I love to stay versatile, to diversify and not become a specialist, trying to better myself so I can connect to more people.” So when time came to apply to the newest endeavor for creatives all around the world, for Pedro, joining Adim was a no brainer.
“As a creator, it’s so easy to feel not valued, to feel alone. Things like Adim, where everyone knows what it’s like to be an artist, it makes the process so much easier.” In terms of the work, Adim was intimidating for Pedro – his musical notes and mp3 files wasn’t exactly the type of writing expected in the first round of creator rooms. But as he always does, both valuing his strengths and passionate about building on his weaknesses, Pedro quickly found a home in the community, scoring prompts of the day, contributing to character discussions, and working his way to a second lead position in CR2’s Local Lore room. “Because of Adim,” he says with a smile, “I find myself spending less and less time on social media, happy to be spending more time here to create and feel present and inspired by the other creators.” Well Pedro, we’re happy to be inspired by you too.
